You can pay for your order from Cuddly Comforters by the following payment methods:

* Paypal

You can pay by Paypal if you are an existing Paypal account holder, or why not take this opportunity to create a Paypal account.  Select the Paypal payment option when you checkout.  Please note that your paypal payment will show as being made to 'Harding & Laraway' , the parent company of Cuddlycomforters.co.uk

* Credit or Debit Card.  

Payments by credit or debit card are processed by Paypal on behalf of Cuddlycomforters.co.uk.  To pay by credit or debit card, select the Paypal payment method when you checkout and follow the instructions on the Paypal website.  You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by this method and you will not need to create one.   Please note that your Paypal payment will show as being made to 'Harding & Laraway' , the parent company of Cuddlycomforters.co.uk

*Cheque

Orders will only be despatched when your cheque has cleared.  To pay by this method, please e-mail us at  contactme@cuddlycomforters.co.uk before you checkout and we will advise you how to order and pay by cheque.

 Please note that, in order to reduce the waste that we generate and to minimize environmental impact, outgoing parcels are packed using materials re-cycled inhouse wherever possible.  This includes the re-use of bubble wrap, tissue paper and outer cartons.  We do, however, ensure that all items are appropriately packaged and protected.  If, for any reason, you would prefer that only new packaging materials are used, please e-mail contactme@cuddlycomforters.co.uk and request this when you have placed your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it or give you a full refund.  You can return an unused product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange provided that the packaging is intact and the product is in a re-saleable condition, including all tags and labels still attached.  (Please note that for health and safety reasons bedding items are non-returnable.  This does not affect your statutory rights).

Please e-mail us at contactme@cuddlycomforters.co.uk before you return the goods to us.  Please return the goods in the original packaging, enclose your dispatch note and give the reason for return.  We will issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.  Refunds will be given by the same method as the original payment.  Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost on return to us. 

If post free items are returned because you have ordered the wrong product, or wish to exchange for a different size or colour, postage charges (at cost) will be payable for replacement items sent out.   

We take your privacy very seriously and all the information that you submit to us will be held with the utmost care and security.  We do not divulge any personal information to Third Parties.

For each visitor to our web pages, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.  We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. 

The information that we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web pages, used to customise the content and/or layout of our pages for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.  

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company. 

We will only contact you by telephone if there is a query regarding your order.
